Terms and Conditions – 786rs Platform Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 786rs ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the 786rs website, mobile app or any associated service, you accept these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all activities conducted through your 786rs account, including sports betting, live casino games, fish games, slot games, bonus claims, deposits and withdrawals. They apply whether you access the platform via a web browser, the Android APK, iOS PWA or any other interface.

786rs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated via your registered contact details where reasonably practicable.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

786rs is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any activity on the platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust or other entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or family member of a 786rs employee.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for another person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one account on 786rs. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested. You must update your account information promptly if anything changes. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 786rs will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately via live chat.

786rs reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including for withdrawal processing. Standard documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of your registered payment method. KYC completion is mandatory for accounts with withdrawals above a defined threshold.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

786rs accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) through the following supported methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and select debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may require additional verification.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where possible or held pending investigation. Using someone else's JazzCash or Easypaisa account to fund your 786rs balance is a violation of these Terms.

• Deposits are credited to your 786rs balance instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa under normal conditions.
• Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect in your balance.
• If a deposit does not reflect within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• 786rs does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposit amounts used to claim bonuses are subject to the bonus terms outlined in Section 6.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to account verification status and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.

The minimum withdrawal amount on 786rs is PKR 500. There is no stated maximum for verified accounts, though very large withdrawal requests may be processed in tranches over consecutive business days. Standard processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: 2–6 hours for verified accounts under normal conditions.
• Raast transfer: Often within 1–3 hours depending on banking system availability.
• Bank transfer: Up to 24 business hours.
• VIP accounts: Priority processing — typically within 1–2 hours.

786rs may delay or withhold a withdrawal if: your account has not completed KYC verification; there is a pending security review on your account; an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements is attached to your balance; or there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. In any such case, support will contact you to explain the hold and what is required to resolve it.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

786rs offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible accounts. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms that apply across all promotions are outlined here.

• All bonuses require a wagering requirement before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier is stated per promotion.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bets placed using bonus funds count towards wagering requirements at a rate specified per promotion. Some game types — particularly certain live casino side bets and some fish game bet types — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• 786rs reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn, wagering requirements on active bonus balances will remain in effect.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting, pattern play designed to exploit bonus terms, or use of multiple accounts — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

7. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 786rs — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports — are subject to the following general betting rules. Specific market rules for individual sports and bet types may be published separately in the platform's help section.

• A bet is confirmed when you receive a bet confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Until confirmation is issued, the bet has not been accepted.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled, amended or withdrawn except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly available for that market.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules. In most cases, a postponed match that does not resume within 24 hours will result in void bets and stake returns.
• 786rs reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error occurred. In such cases, the stake will be returned in full.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. 786rs may adjust individual account bet limits based on betting patterns.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded — due to data feed delays or otherwise — are void and will be refunded.
• Winnings are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. For live in-play bets, the odds at the moment of confirmation apply, not the odds when you initiated the bet selection.

8. Live Casino Rules

Live casino games on 786rs — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger and Sic Bo — are conducted by professional dealers in a live studio environment. Results are determined by physical means (cards, dice, roulette wheel) in real time and are final once the round concludes.

• Once a live casino betting round closes and the result is declared by the dealer, the outcome is final and cannot be disputed on grounds of personal preference or perceived unfairness.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live casino round — including stream interruption, server error or dealer error — the round may be voided and stakes returned. If you were disconnected but your bet was already confirmed, the result will be applied to your account upon reconnection.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per table are displayed before you join. These limits may differ between standard and VIP tables.
• 786rs takes no responsibility for user-side technical failures including internet drops, device malfunction or browser incompatibility during a live casino round where the bet was confirmed prior to disconnection.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 786rs. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Operating more than one account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for normal users.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in odds pricing or any other technical vulnerability for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using 786rs for money laundering in any form.
• Providing false identity information, uploading fraudulent documents or misrepresenting your age.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing customer support staff or other users via any platform communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or responsible gaming restrictions through the creation of alternative accounts.

10. Responsible Gaming

786rs encourages all players to approach betting and casino games as entertainment and to maintain control over their spending. We offer a range of tools to help you manage your gameplay. These tools are available from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set a time limit for your sessions. An alert will notify you when you have reached your limit.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a break from the platform for a set period. During exclusion you cannot log in, deposit or bet. Exclusions cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12. Limitation of Liability

786rs provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses resulting from technical downtime, maintenance windows or circumstances outside our control including third-party payment provider outages.

786rs is not responsible for losses resulting from your betting or gaming decisions. You acknowledge that betting and casino games involve risk and that outcomes are uncertain. 786rs's total liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the balance held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

13. Changes to These Terms

786rs may update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify you via the contact details associated with your account. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
